Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by The Rehearsal Room, LLC ("Room", “Studio”, “we”, “us”), including participating in classes, events, workshops, or utilizing the studio space, you (“Client”, “Member”, “Participant”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older to register independently. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to take classes or use the equipment in the studio.
3. Bookings & Payments
All reservations must be booked in advance via our website or app.
Payments are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 5.
Pricing is subject to change, but changes will not affect active membership terms until the next renewal.
4. Membership Terms
Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
It is your responsibility to manage your membership through your account or by emailing us at hello@rehearsalroomak.com.
All unused drop-in credits expire as described in the package and do not roll over.
Membership perks, such as guest passes or discounts, are subject to change.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations of your appointment must be made at least 2 hours prior to your reserved time. Late cancellations will result in the loss of a booking credit, or a $10 fee for Headliner Members.
Refunds are not provided.
Workshops, special events, and private bookings may have separate cancellation policies.
6. Studio Rules & Conduct
Treat The Rehearsal Room and all provided equipment with respect to ensure longevity, safety, and functionality for others who use the Room.
Remove your street shoes immediately upon entering the Room. This helps protect the floors from damage and safety hazards for all users.
Do not lean against or touch the mirrors. No rings or lotion on the poles.
You must clean up the Room before you leave your reserved time with the provided cleaning supplies.
7. Health & Safety
By participating, you affirm that:
You are in good physical condition and capable of participating in movement-based activity.
You understand the risks of injury inherent to physical activity, including pole dance and flexibility training.
You release The Rehearsal Room, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any liability related to injury or loss sustained during participation.
8. Contactless Access
Your time in the Rehearsal Room is unsupervised and for self-guided rehearsal only.
You agree to follow all safety protocols and use the space at your own risk.
No instruction, teaching, or group-led activities are permitted during open sessions unless explicitly arranged with The Rehearsal Room.
9. Guests
You may have a maximum of 4 people in the studio during your reserved time unless otherwise agreed upon.
Each guest is required to submit payment and complete a liability waiver form for use of the space.
Guest rates depend on your membership level. Instructions on how to pay the guest rate are included in your booking confirmation email and in the policies posted inside the Room.
Unpaid use of the time will result in all members being banned from the Room.
10. Privacy
The Rehearsal Room respects your concerns about privacy. During the sign up process we will request certain contact information from you such as your name, phone number, and email address. The Rehearsal Room will only use your contact details to send you information and updates about The Rehearsal Room or to contact you about your membership or in the case of an emergency.
For security and safety reasons, The Rehearsal Room employs the use of CCTV. Access to CCTV systems and any recorded footage is limited to The Rehearsal Room staff and law enforcement when required. Any tampering with the CCTV is strictly forbidden, and will result in being banned from the Room.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, class plans, choreography, and branding are the intellectual property of The Rehearsal Room and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
12. Modifications to Terms
The Rehearsal Room reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified via email or through the website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
