Please treat The Rehearsal Room and all provided equipment with respect to ensure longevity, safety, and functionality for others who use the Room. Anyone found to repeatedly not follow these policies will be banned from The Rehearsal Room.
Respect the Room
Please remove your street shoes immediately upon entering the Room. This helps protect the floors from damage and safety hazards for all users.
Do not lean against or touch the mirrors. No rings or lotion on the poles.
You must clean up the Room before you leave your reserved time, and cleaning supplies are provided. Cleaning instructions are provided with the Access Details, as well as posted inside the Room. Plan your rehearsal time accordingly, as there is no buffer between reservations.
The Room is open to adults ages 18 and up only. No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the Room.
Cancellations
If you cancel your reservation within 2 hours of your reserved time, you will be charged the booking credit. Cancellations made more than 2 hours of your reserved time, your booking credit will go back into your account.
Memberships are set up for monthly auto-renewal. To cancel your membership, send us an email within 7-days of membership renewal, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Drop-in credits expire after a certain amount of time, see the package you purchased for more details.
Refunds are not provided.
Guests
​You may have a maximum of 4 people in the studio during your reserved time (unless otherwise discussed).
Each guest is required to submit payment and complete a liability waiver form for use of the space.
Guest rates depend on your membership level. Instructions on how to pay the guest rate are included in your booking confirmation email.
Unpaid use of the time will result in all members being banned from the Room.
